D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Mode of Filing Complaint with Research Analyst

In case of any grievance, an investor may approach the concerned Research Analyst. The grievance will be addressed as soon as possible but not later than 21 days from receipt.

If the investor is not satisfied with the resolution, they may file the complaint on the SMARTODR platform for resolution through online conciliation or arbitration.
